is about 30 minutes by car, and can be accessed by SEPTA. Lower
Merion is the largest of the 62 municipalities located within
Montgomery County. According to the 1990 census, the Township
population is 58,003, with 23,868 households located within its
23.64 square miles. The Township has a median housing value of
$282,600 and a median family income of $84,378, the highest in
the County.
